As your child grows, we offer classes to help the whole family connect and blossom. Whether you’ve been with us since pregnancy, or are joining us later in your children’s lives, our family-friendly studio is an ideal space to have fun and expand awareness together.

yoga with your tot
For Parents/Caregivers and Toddlers (Ages 2–4)
Pregnant women are also welcome to attend.
Downward-Facing Dog pose is especially delightful when done with your tot, and even more fun in a supportive group of parents and caregivers with their little ones. While you stretch and strengthen, kids enjoy this yoga play hour by having fun developing body awareness, flexibility, strength and self-expression. Rate includes one adult and one child. No extra charge for infant siblings.
For Parents/Caregivers and Toddlers (Walking to 3 Years)
Stomp, jump, rock, bounce, balance, play and dance to your heart’s content. Our Toddler Gym gives your tot a fun and nurturing space to explore, learn and develop essential skills for this highly developmental stage of life. You’ll move together to lively music as your child engages in motor, sensory and cognitive activities while building self-confidence, self-control and social/communication skills. Rate includes one adult and one child.
Ages 4 and Up
Get the whole family moving together in this joy-filled class. Creative movement, play and songs are incorporated, while parents have a chance to enjoy yoga, and kids learn a few poses, too. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect and exercise together, building body awareness, self-expression, flexibility and strength.
4–5 pm Until June 25th
Summer Break: no classes July and August. Classes return in September
