EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or ‘tapping’ is an incredibly potent healing modality using the same meridian system acupuncture uses. We use our finger tips to gently tap specific acupressure points of our own face, chest, and hands, while breathing and connecting to any emotions alive for us that day.
It's an incredible way to clear negative emotions or stress, alleviate physical pain, release old trauma, and also great for manifestation. By the end of this class you'll know all the points to practice on your own.
