Mother's Tea is a place to relax and connect with other parents, caregivers and babies. There is no charge for this event. Bring your babies and questions and learn ways to help you and your family thrive. Pregnant women are welcome! 

Samara White is a licensed acupuncturist who specializes in working with women's health, perinatal issues, and pediatrics at Counterpoint Wellness - www.counterpointwellness.com. 

Samara will share how Chinese medicine can help with issues such as: digestive issues, allergies, sleep issues, anxiety & stress relief, ADD/ADHD, sinus congestion and headaches, pain & injuries, eczema, and chronic ear infections. It can also be wonderfully supportive during cold and flu season, and to help bolster the body's immune system. 

Samara also likes to teach simple acupressure and massage that parents and kids can do for themselves. In her pediatric treatments, Samara also sees a lot of babies in her practice, as babies respond wonderfully to bodywork and gentle energetic techniques.
