Baby and Me

This is a virtual class you can take from your home to strengthen and relax those aches and pains you may feel after giving birth, and from lifting and caring for your baby. We weave in simple yoga poses that address neck and shoulders, abs, low back and hips along with playful movements and massage techniques for your baby’s development. Your baby gains more control and coordination while increasing strength, agility and flexibility for a beautiful foundation to grow on—and is likely to sleep more soundly, too!
