Prana: Increasing Your Inner Radiance

Do you experience low energy at this time of the year?  

Do you feel the winter time blues, often also called Seasonal Affective Disorder

 Within each of us lies the answer to this challenge.  Our bodies are a storehouse of energy, called Prana.

In this workshop, we’ll focus on accessing and activating that energy/prana to uplift our state of being.  Many people try to fix their low energy, low emotional state by adding external stimulation and stimulants.  Your energy is an internal state.  You can shift your state of being.  The key lies within us and can be accessed with some simple, effective, powerful breath techniques.

You will learn a practice that integrates breathwork, pranayama, mantra and asana that increases your inner light and lifts your energy state.   Aditi offers insight about how to access the energetic layer of your body.  You can implement this simple practice in daily life to keep the energy/ prana elevated through this winter season of long nights and short days.

Come with an empty stomach.  It is best not to eat 2 hours before class.
