Pregnancy, birth and after birth is a major transition for couples to navigate together.
In this workshop, we will discuss the common challenges that couples encounter. We’ll explore Yoga techniques, including some poses, breath work and meditation as tools to enliven and enrich your relationship.
Aditi and Paul have been practicing yoga together for 3 years, with a most recent 10 month study together in India. In addition, Aditi has been practicing yoga and worked as a midwife for over 22 yrs, supporting couples on this journey. Aditi and Paul are excited to offer this unique class.
