Prana: Key to Healing Your Core
Do you experience issues around food sensitivity and digestion problems?
Do you notice that you feel slow some days and lack of energy to stay with what wants to manifest in your life? Do you feel tired and want more sustaining energy?
Our bodies are a storehouse of energy, called Prana.
In this workshop we will practice breathing techniques and poses that access and activate our prana, with focus at our naval center, which is our center of fire and the life force. It is also our center for digesting, not only our food, but also our emotions.
Aditi shares wisdom about some helpful Ayurveda practices that can make a shift in digestion issues. You will receive a simple practice that you can implement in daily life to keep the energy/prana flowing.
Please come with an empty stomach. It is best not to eat 2 hours before the class.
