do i need to be a certified yoga teacher to take this course?

No, you do not need to be a certified yoga teacher or even a yoga teacher. A basic understanding of yoga is recommended. This course is applicable to teachers and practitioners of all styles of yoga as well any person interested in birth, i.e. doulas, midwives, mothers, fathers, etc. If you are not sure whether it will work for you, please feel free to call the office and get more information.


what kind of certification do i gain after taking this course?

Once you have taken the course you are certified through our studio. We are a registered Yoga Alliance Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training school.


i saw the dates on your website, and i am unable to make those dates. are there going to be any more trainings coming up?

We post all set training dates on the website as soon as possible. If you are interested in taking the training and the dates listed do not work for you, feel free to email the studio and we will tell you if any tentative dates have been scheduled.


do you have any discounts?

We offer discounts for early registration to our Prenatal Teacher Training, and to our Continuing Education classes.  See below for costs.


i am traveling from out of town. how can i get to your location?

When you register into the program a packet will be sent to you with information on local transportation to and from the airport. This packet includes cab services, public transportation (buses and light rail), shuttle and rental car information.


i am traveling from out of town. do you offer accommodations?

When you register into our program, a packet will be sent to you with information on local accommodations. 


how much does the training cost?

Each level is $795 if paid for/registered for individually, or you can register for all three levels at a discount price of $1995 (a saving of $390). $150 Non-refundable deposit guarantees your space in the training.  Deposit is applied towards your tuition. Upon payment of tuition or deposit, you will receive the book list and essay assignment to complete prior to the start of the training.


do i have to do all of the modules at the same time?

Levels 1, 2 or 3 may be taken separately within a 18-24 month period from time of registration.  If for any reason you are unable to complete all three levels, you will be obligated to pay only for the level that you have taken (standard tuition fee applies) plus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
