Pelvic Power for Women

Do you experience loss of control of your bladder when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or when you exercise? Or do experience pain from tight pelvic muscles?

Solutions to these and other symptoms of pelvic floor weakness are addressed in this experiential and supportive workshop. Using yoga poses and breath work you will learn non-invasive exercises that can decrease incontinence and correct placement of the organs while significantly reducing the need for drugs or surgery.

Pelvic Power for Women is a class designed to strengthen and release pelvic muscles and heal prolapsed uterus, bladder or rectum. It is ideal for any woman of any age, after giving birth or during menopause, before or after surgery.
