In the first half of the class, Mandy guides you through a sequence of easy, supportive poses that are designed to balance emotions and the hormonal system while calming and soothing the mind and body.

In the second half, Mandy guides you through a straightforward practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or ‘Tapping”, as it is known. This is a powerful healing modality, which uses acupressure to engage the body’s energy system and release stored physical and emotional energy. 

By the end of this class you’ll know all the points and the basic formula behind EFT so you can practice at home whenever you may need it!
