MotherBaby Dance

In support to your well being and your baby’s ongoing development, this energetic dance class gives you some gentle aerobic and strengthening exercise, helps keep you fit and strengthens bonding with your baby in a fun way.


We will dance to different rhythms of music from Mediterranean to Latin American beats that will get you and your baby moving and grooving and feeling great.

Babies are born with natural rhythm, it’s our role to nurture it. In this interactive class, whether your baby dances with you or observes you moving with the music,  it will help stimulate their cognitive, social and sensor motor development.

Music is known for healing and promoting wellness. Making music and dance part of your regular daily activity is a great way to make fitness a natural part of your baby’s life where they learn about physical coordination and balance.

Bring in your baby carrier and let’s get moving.
